The majority of user advice seemed to stem from the fact that the DVD/CD drive not being loaded properly. We then tried a fresh SP2c disk and it is doing the same thing. Rinse then dry with kitchen roll.Only other thing I can think of is a hardware fault (edge connectors, plugs & sockets etc).It would be worth formatting before trying again after attending Anways I have another problem if you know what it is.
