All that I have to say is that MSN is working perfectly now as though nothing ever happened! and 2) couldn't you just download a new installation file off of the net?

I had the exact same symptoms, this fixed the problem for me as well. Then it opened.

  • Hope this helps someone.Somehow I do not have windows live messenger on my computer.  I may have deleted it long ago.
