Please upgrade to the latest version at to see if that resolves your issue. This is exactly it; I used to be able to select quite a few photos, and then e-mail them, with no restriction it seemed (at least not on my phone's end, I suspect there may be others like me who use the gMail app rather than Mail. The problem is described in this forum post: There are dozens of threads already started by affected users with many Me too posters and votes, yet no word from Microsoft.

Yesterday I could if I sent as an attachment, but today that doesn't even work. i downloaded MAILUNLIMITEDPHOTOS tweak from cydia that made that problem on my iPhone 6 plus, i uninstalled that tweak from cydia and now i can totally send photo via email from How To Send Photos By Email On Windows 7 I note that the Photos app did not offer Email as a sharing option when the number of photos selected was over 5.
