After cleaning up the mess I found that things that didn't work from the original Win 7 install, like any of the mobo's bluetooth capability, now worked perfectly. it keeps auto restarting, safe mode works's the file. I have tried to refresh my windows installation where i just get a error message stating nothing has been changed.
