You can transfer the files using a linux distro like Puppy linux or FATdog64 which can boot if Secureboot is enabled and with a EFI partition. Then try installing your Kapersky. Does that Kaspersky rescue disk have a console that has windows tools? apparently you can type in some type of command but I don't know what it would be because I tried exit and quit. I have not applied any KSC policies.
