Windows Shuts Down Scrolling Down "my Computer"---why?


I'm sorry for the confusion. You may need to restart to install the updates. can someone help me? Clicking on "Sleep" shuts the computer down, however fans and fan lights continue running and 5-10 seconds later computer starts back up.
