My Dell Inspiron 15 can see our (and our neighbor's) WiFi routers but won't connect. Everything is gone. Never EVER had these problems with WIN7 and I am getting to the stage where I will actually PAY for a version of WIn7 to downgrade this computer!!! I have wi fi alright.
