Windows 7 Update Messed Up My Computer.


That took a couple of hours to install itself (nothing like the six hours for the original installation back in the summer. Once it happened, there is not much you can do, other than wait for the reboot or manually force a reset. I have still not downloaded AVG or my old Office 2010 (been using and installing for the last 5 years). and I would like to simplify what was mentioned above...

Tried System restore to auto restore points which fail. I quickly shut down my computer and was able to stop it, but my son wasn't so lucky. My win 10 was a clean install on a freshly formatted hdd with no other OS partitions.
