Why Is My Wireless Mouse Preventing Windows From Booting?

PC boots into UEFI, but stops before windows log in screen. solved Could a case issue prevent a computer from booting? Might want to look up reviews on that program with the good and the bad. solved PC wont boot, Power is On, NO POST SCREEN, Fans will Run, no Keyboard or Mouse on.
