http://yrhost.com/affiliate/idevaffiliate.php?id=228 is most reliable. Less than $10 per month.

It’s useless when a provider give you unlimited space & bandwith if they disable your script (.cgi Search Script) or teminate your account saying that you use too much of the server resources.

i’ve try a few provider that disable my script (.cgi Search Script) without telling me & 2 of the provider even tell me that my account is been terminated and when ask for refund they ask me to read their terms and condition saying that there is no refund.

Do some research before getting a Host.

    1. Support Offered? Live Chats, Ticket System, Email Support, Telephone Support.Support is important when your site is down.

    2. Reviews?Do a web search on provider. e.g. “company+review”, “domain+review”. See if there was any previous problems with server downtime, bandwidth issues, company business style and reputation.

    3. How long has this company been in business?Use WHOIS to check Registry Data (Domain: Date Created & Date Expiry)

    4. Package Details.Disk Space, Monthly Transfer (bandwidth), MySQL Databases, CGI, PHP4 or 5, FrontPage, …

    5. Control Panel FeaturesDEMO is usually available, try-out to see if you are comfortable with it.

    6. Important!!!Check if the provider offers a refund service before signing up.

I agree with other answerers who’ve mentioned that most sane people don’t want the sorts of things you’re after… Any host offering unmetered hosting is overselling the hell out of their services. My host (calcohosting.com) keeps their domain-to-server ratio under 40-to-1 and usually closer to half that. If you’re serious about hosting, you should look for a good host instead of a bottom feeder. Good luck.
