Is there is a good free web hosting service?

Please, help me to find a good free web hosting service. I need:
0) free sub domain name
1) > 300 Mb or better > 1 GB space
2) unlimited or big month bandwidth
3) Full html control, static web pages available.
4) up to 10 Mb file size allowed
5) .rar/.zip archives and other extensions allowed !!!!!! passworded archives should be allowed too.
7) Totally free, no or very few ads 
No downloads to “confirm my ip” or so on, no ask for my full actual address and so on
9) No strong access frequency limit (like one unique user per month, 20 visitors per 90 days or so on – site should be functional even if I and only I will visit to it once a month or so on)
and, it would be great, if not only subdomain (username.hostersdomain.something) are allowed, but subsubdomains (userdomain.username.hostersdomain.something) are allowed too.
Well, please, do not suggest PAYED hosting, cos I could not pay… And do not say, that it’s unreal. There is a site narod.ru which provide
1) Unlimited storage
2) Unlimited bandwidth
3) up to 5MB filesize, rar archive allowed, but multi-part archive should be totally less than 4 MB, and no pasworded archives allowed
4) Full html control
5) very few ads (only yandex and narod banners, no forced third partly ads)
This is totally free! The main reason I do not want to use it – all good subdomains are already taken…
Also, there is ucoz.org.
1) 200 MB storage
2) Unlimited bandwidth
3) up to 15MB filesize, rar archive allowed,
4) Partly html control, forced usage of a module – forum or published or so on
5) very few ads (ucoz link and third-party banned)
I do not going to use it because static web pages are not allowed…
So I think it’s real to find another hosting like narod.ru
If it is free, there has to be ads because that is how the site raises money to stay in business. The normal choice for any facility is
(1) Free with ads
(2) Paid without ads (advertised as ad-free)
