The city must also host the Paralympics.
The Paralympican teach school student about disability sports and people with disability
The city has to became more accessible for wheelchair users and vision impaired people.
Most time they have to improve transport to be able to commute heaps of people to and from the venues.
It give the country to show what talent they have in doing the ceremonies.
