Unable To Start Antivirus!

We'd love to hear about it! I read it could be related to the window sp2 that I downloaded so I could qualify to post on a tech website. When Malwarebytes has finished the scan, it will automatically generate a log in a Notepad file, which will pop up on your screen after the scan. I tried to unpack my spybot S&D but since it can't connect to the internet, it won't install. This will copy the link of the report into the Clipboard. So all this brings me to my problem.

It just boots to where the desktop would load and cycles off and on.

I had avast and removed it too. Please do not use the system Restore feature while we're cleaning. Already have an account? I booted to ubuntu to view the HOSTS file to make sure it's not the virus/spyware that is tricking me.Currently, whatever is in there broke my XP for good.

You are running XP and I guess the machine is not the latest and greatest. and I can't identify the name QlapidaimdeClick to expand... The connection is automatically restored before CF completes its run. It is presently grayed out and disabled.

Click Start Make sure that the option "Remove found threats" is Unchecked, and the option "Scan unwanted applications" is checked Click Scan Wait for the scan to finish Re-enable your Antivirus All of this was done under normal start-up. Help us defend our right of Free Speech!
