Still curious about what happens to the trojan/virus/malware once its quarantined. thinks of them as being a Trojan, PUP or Malware.I have a server at work that I store drivers from Dell, IBM, HP and others, AVG thinks that around 20 different I tracked the site back to a server that hosts web sites for downloads! I scanned again and no issues reported.Question is if I still need the Norton.

With a newer computer and with at least 256 megs of RAM, there will be no slowdown. Ask the experts! You can indeed just remove Norton and be done with it. Thank you for your patience while I am learning.
