My husband and I run a law office out of our home, and I cannot babysit the computer all day. That's good though. I was finally able to login but who knows when it will shut down again and lick me out. The system does not get warm abnormally anymore. you could try here

It seems I am not the only one with this problem. my unit is 1 year old.
