Computer Spontaneously Shuts Off

I have things on my computer I need that I didnt get backed up since my last backup. The motherboard power indicator LED remains ON. So I'd really appreciate any inputs you guys might have.

So I have a decently old PC (about 3 years), and about two months ago I started having a problem where first the monitor would stop receiving signal, but I could Computer Spontaneously Shuts Off But when running only on the battery, if fully charged, it usually will last for about 30-60 mins (only today did it surpass about 80-90 mins) before shutting down.
