There are no error messages and no blue screen of death, it just shuts down. They are designed for air to be sucked though them and the PSU claims to be able to handle 100c temps which i know 100% for sure im no where near. RMA, never crashed again. I did originally have a different mobo with triple channel, and so I got a set of three, RMAed it and returned the processor for the 2600K, but kept the memory. I can fire the machine up normally immediately afterwards with no issues, windows does not even say that it did not shut down properly when i restart the machine. From what I was able to find it appears that Steam had an update on the 23rd of January which has caused some problems. Works every time.
