Cannot Start In Normal Mode Or Safe Mode W/ Networking.


what can I do to bypass this issue.Currently using W.Xp2. Force Windows to Boot into Safe Mode Open up the start menu search or run box, and type in msconfig and hit the enter key. thanks to stupidly and without thinking attempting this advice, the exact same thing happens - it gives me a blank/blueish screen, but now there is no way to disable it. Upon rebooting or powering up of the machine, the Operating System should automatically load into Normal Mode.
