host the website on your own computer, you can have what ever you need and it will be for free!
TO get a simple domain name just use http://www.no-ip.com or http://www.dynadns.com to get a subdomain.
You can install and do anything you wan t.
I have over a dozen of my websites hosted at http://www.squidoo.com/free-website-hosting
They have all the features you asked about and you can host unlimited domains.
I think they have all the features you’d expect from shared hosting companies.
I’ve used them for over a year and haven’t had downtime or any problems.
You can also use your own domain or a free subdomain from them.
