Please Help! JAVA_OPENSTR.A Made A Home In My Machine

Hihi. =) my Trend Micro PC Cilling did it's weekly random scan just a few minutes ago, and it found a virus named 'JAVA_OPENSTR.A'. I found the culprat in the task manager but shutting it down and deleting it only made it regenerate when you restart windows(hidden backup somewhere?) What can I do?
