Please Help. Ieuser.exe Says Application Won't Start

Ieuser.exe says application won't start This is a discussion on Please Help. What you're seeing is another side effect of that (like the fact that getting multiple simultaneous contexts doesn't happen easily). Without "separate process" enabled, all Explorer windows run in the same explorer.exe process that also hosts the desktop and the taskbar. Can anyone even explain why exactly this happens?
