sorry about the bad spelling. I am running WinXP SP1 on an Athlon XP 3200, with 2 gb memory. Many thanks in advance. I consider myself only moderately knowledgeable on Windows PCs.

Please DO NOT let Hijackthis fix everything as more than likely this will crash your system. Do not make any changes on your computer during the cleaning process or download/add programs on your computer unless instructed to do so. If you have RSIT already on your computer, please run it again. When complete, a log named CF_RC.txt will open.

Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended. I have Spybot, Spyware Doctor, Adaware, & downloaded RapidBlaster Killer, but ICON keeps coming back.
