Please Help - Everything Is Erased!

I am used to my phone restarting itself every couple of days or freezing on me but I love it so much I don't mind! Do you know if you had your contacts stored locally (under the "Phone Account") or if they were stored in your Google account in the cloud and synced with your phone? Not only does it destroy all data but it also cleans the drive of all partitions. I deleted the flashdrive and cleaned what i thought was the right disk.
