How To Configure 5.1 Speakers In Windows 7

I searched day and night everywhere and I was getting sick of this. Perfectly fine. No changes on YouTube, still working even if that cable is not fully plugged in.

  1. I just upgraded to windows 7 and now 5.1 audio using SPDIF won't work.

  7. Here's what I did: Go to Sound --> Playback --> Realtek Digital Output --> Properties --> Supported Formats and select only Dolby Digital.
