Since your USB device works properly before you upgrade the system, the problem most probably is not caused by the USB device. My sense of stressed urgency is just coming from deadlines i have on college work. If i unplug them, they are still disabled, i attempted to reboot the PC which has now just got me stuck at the log in screen. None of my USB devices was functional.

Aren't things supposed to get better ha ha??
