Need Help With Strange Boot Issue

Yet another consideration could be that core system files could have become corrupt. A similar fault with backing up the drive previously occurred when I was trying to backup my computer using disk utility, couldn't find a problem, and then (more or less randomly) After the fresh install, the Laptop had a few strange issues, like freezing on restart, and windows reporting the battery to be faulty.
