Need Help Winxp/compaq900series Sound

in the Device Manager it said that C-Media AC97 Sound Device needed a driver. I really have no idea at all... Test for sound. I use MooSFV to run a crc check on the files and some are good some are ba Random files on my computer are corrupted.
