Strange Situation, mouse, keyboard, monitor not responding.

All I have is a free USB mouse I got from healthpartners clinic, which I tried plugging in and the right click works and it's able to be moved around, but If not and because this is a new PC, call HP and inquiry or start a trouble call, remember call#, should you need to return. I have restarted several times and didn't notice any change.
