Something is wrong, and its not chrome itself. Amd Drivers Basically makes everything painfully slow. This computer is plenty powerful enough for Chrome, other than these stupid memory problems. Yes I know you want chrome but for testing purposes it makes sense to eliminate chrome from the equation if it is not the culprit.
