Mark that choice, then click OK as many times as necessary to get back to the usual Print dialogue. Clicking the word Print at the left end of the bar will open the print dialogue box. This has already been partially implemented into the Microsoft Vista operating system.

You can see that the Firefox version starts losing its layout, making the menus overlap the other content.
