Can't Click Links On Internet


I can't click on any links within a thread - These won't work If your problem is solved, here's how to say thanks! If anyone has any suggestions it will be appreciated. I was trying to sign up on this forum and when it asked you to click the button to agree to the terms my computer wouldn't do it.
