Norton's personal firewall was blocking svnchost.exe from communicating with the DNS server. Ran a quickscan of Malwarebytes and found nothing. Because it could be possible that files in use will be moved/deleted during reboot.After reboot, post the contents of the log from Dr.Web you saved previously in your next reply with How Can I Reduce My Risk to Malware?

When I checked out the Norton Personal Firewall settings my suspicions were confirmed!
