oops :p All windows updates completed and no CPU being used up by svchost.exe anymore! I've isolated it to thewuauserv process through Resource Manager (100% CPU usage!) and have tried restarting and stopping it to no avail. It was windows update. Wuauserv I started to use T mobile gc89 air card with a duel-systemsadapters The system was slow. I clicked the box and then nothing happened, the box was just checked.
