Can't stop laughing at Microsoft's "Install this update to fix updates" mentality. I suggest doing this instead of using the install CD I think the hp updater can cause problems.

I've had this problem fora while. I may try turning automatic updating off completely if it creates problems. If the file is located in Windows/system32, it's more than likely not a virus, however I always recommend performing a scan just to be sure. Alvin M.
