It all started when I downloaded Hamachi (For some reason on Softonic, dumb dumb dumb) Then chrome started crashing and whenever I moved my mouse, games would lag. So when my mouse moved, the cpu spikes. It's working fine and my CPU usage isn't going mad every time i move the mouse. Just because you don't understand it doesn't mean it's not working the way it should.
