Help With "eied S7 C200.exe" Trojan

Please tell me what I can do to fix this problem. Note: CleanUp! The virus appears to be called Trojan.proxy.3176. When I googled eied s7 c 29.exe the top hit was a case on this forum named Trojan.Download removal help please which was started by Dusty1143 on 10/8/05. by double-clicking the icon on your desktop (or from the Start > All Programs menu). I'm including a HijackThis log for you to look at. Norton Virus scan tells me that there 2 files infected with the above trojan.

Thank You. I've installed all critical updates and SP1. I feel like an idiot. deletes EVERYTHING out of your temp/temporary folders, it does not make backups.

And i doesn't have an especially large computer. If you have any documents or programs that are saved in any Temporary Folders, please make a backup of these before running CleanUp!
