Just a couple of corrections... 98/ME has to be installed on Primary Partitions and File system can be FAT32.

I tried reinstalling Ubuntu after redefining sda5 as ext4 . I tried to install WinME on it (to create dual boot because there's no XP support yet) only to be told I'd have to WIPE OUT my drive first by formatting/partitioning The trick is to have different partitions on the primary drive.
