When I right clicked it - it showed me an option to set it as 'online'. It actually shows up, albeit with a delay of a minute or more. format -> so you can assign a letter to the hard disk, and a name ecc.. -> IT'S OK (I have then unplugged and plugged again ecc..) -> it works!!
