CPU Peaking 100% Freeze


I even installed the telemetry add-on but how do I save its data? Usage spikes still occur. I increased my memory to two gig, and now the most intensive program never goes over 30%! solved Random 100% CPU Spikes with Windows 8.1 My pc have random freezes with high spikes in CPU CPU Temp spikes?
