Where can i find a FREE host that offers cpanel as a side feature?

Well, I was just most recently kicked off my last host because they were suspicious that i had anime downloads on my forum (it was purely anime discussion, the idiotic fools!). I was very weary that it was going to happen, so I backed up my MySQL databases and website everyday to my computer and flash drive. So when it finally happened, I said I was royally screwed because I didn’t have a host for my site. Anyways, can someone point me to a free or post4host webhost that provides cpanel as the controll panel. I also need ftp uploading, MySQL+PHP support, and at least 500 mb of webspace and at least 10 gb of bandwith.
