PC Randomly Freezing/turning Off

The Windows desktop opens with the words Safe Mode showing in four corners. Remove any discs from the CD/DVD drives by pressing the eject button on the computer. Reconnected to the web and the same problem appears. If the lock-up persists, continue to the next section to restore the computer.

  7. Using the site is easy and fun.
  8. Its been over 55 mins and i have had no shutdowns in that time.

  10. Power settings and returning from sleep mode might be related to the lock-up and disabling power settings might help.

Cpu Temperature If lock-ups occur when coming out of a sleep or suspend mode, restart the computer.

anyway , i had zone alram , but just to let u know it's not from it and i have listed why ! Generally the staff checks the forum for postings that have 0 replies as this makes it easier for them to identify those who have not been helped. I couldn't change the RAM settings to the test voltages though. Or possibly a RAM/PSU issue.

True, it worked fine, it did make a lot of noise (cooling noise) and got pretty hot, but until my first format c, it ran fine. Though im not convinced with this idea.. Go to the Web site of the software program manufacturer and search their support sites for known solutions.
