If you Google "What is {name of process here.exe}", you should be able to easily verify if those processes are associated with your old amd graphics card. I've opened my case up and don't feel any unusual heat coming from any one device. I've looked all over the internet, but this problem seems rare, and I haven't found anyone else that had this problem and got a solution.
