try using a drive cleaner and roll back to the 295x driver there more stable then the 301 drivers. we live in a society that throws away everything that is used !!! Computer freezes after 30 minutes. well in my experience memtest86 only really works one stick at a time.

There is no responsiveness at all, and I have to hold the power button down to turn everything off then back on again. memtest86 is ideal... If the problem goes away, your software is probably causing the freeze. Can you borrow it from a friend and test it???

It says something about needing a valid boot disk and doesn't detect any of the hard drives. how did you test it? Actually, no, none of the RAM has proved to be bad. if it vanishes then you DO have a heat problem.

I know you said you tested the ram.
