Windows may give you and error msg, of being out of "memory"; but, this usually refers to your drive space on one of your physical drives. My next suspect, would be that your PS, may be failing, in not getting the proper voltage to your other components. Anyway, at this point, I suspect that it's hardware related, rather than a software issue.
