Windows Vista Started Up In Black And White


please help and my computer came with vista on it so i have no cd. Not sure if that will work though. it has turned out that I have to manually run the explorer.exe each time for it to boot. I also tried to to get safe mode w/ n w/o command prompt but it showed a black screen as well. Homepage

Specs; HP dv6262eu (dv6000 series), Vista 32bits. It boots fine when I turn it off at the power button and then back on again, but may have the issue again days or a couple of weeks later. Because a**holes love to put s**t in their ads that f**k with my computer. I ran across this same problem. I rebooted it. & Then a black screen with the mouse cursor came on. Now my desktop is back.
