compared to 30secs to a minute til u see login/logon screen.. This means that Windows "thinks" you have two monitors and there is your conflict!! also when using my parents tv and going into the control panel and graphics manager the tv name displays, whereas when using my tv it says default monitor and I cant Completely uninstalled the display driver.

Your HDD might be the culprit. THIS WILL HAPPEN EVERY TIME YOU WILL REBOOT YOUR PC .. Something is wrong with it. No bad sectors or data in bad places etc.
