Black Screen After Logon Virus

Click on run new task and type "explorer.exe" Your desktop should appear now. The drive tested completely clean. Any other suggestions??? To fix this problem the changes AVG made to the boot need to be removed.

In the end your system will reboot andyou should be good to go. once it boots and CMD is running type explorer.exe and this will start the graphical interface and look like normal safe mode. I'm willing to reformat at this point if I can find out how to do it. you are really a great help.
