I am asking about the web developers that have websites in many webhosts and want to be able to change the host of their sites (when they want) and avoid any domain name transfer problems.

What do you mean? When you sign up for a new host you can transfer the domain automatically. That is the best you can do, Domains take up to 24 hours to propagate ( The DNS ) anyway if it is updated.

If you’re looking for the best service on the web, take a look at: http://bluehost-service.atspace.com . As an experienced webmaster I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. They have a really great offer & I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them. Their service is really great and easy to use.
You can register a domain name for free with them or get your existing domains hosted by them. They support multiple domain names.
